Elise was a mystery from the beginning. I knew she wasn't human, but I couldn't figure out her true motives or her reasons for being on Earth. What I did know was that I loved her and all her badassery! "I am a fey princess. I am a blood-born fey. I am a freaking prize, you get me? Men fall at my feet. They kill for my smiles and my favor. Sex with me is mind blowing. I am amazing, I am powerful, and I am not some random thing for you to disparage." Harrison was raised as a hunter and was now the best hunter out there. He had super human vision, hearing, strength and healing. He took down monsters and he loved doing it. However, he was so much more than he seemed and Elise was determined to awaken his beast. The love that developed between them along the way was both unexpected and profound. What woman wouldn't like for a man to kiss her as if she was the most important thing in his world? To kiss her with a consuming lust? With demanding need? With sweet, sweet possession? Slay All Day is a perfect blend of suspense, mayhem, magic, and love and an easy recommendation to make for fantasy and paranormal romance lovers everywhere! What Harrison doesn't know is that his sexy little fey is about to unleash a beast he didn't even know existed ********** Yo this was fun!and so funny! I enjoyed being in Elise's head and her snark and sass made this book for me. She actually deceived Harrison in regards to her identity and I'd actually expected It to be the reason for a trumped up separation here but nope this author kept it flowing!!! Both mcs were likeable, secondary characters especially Beaux were just as awesome, a fast paced and humorous plot where the bad guys literally burned and I'm a happy camper!!! I'm looking forward to more from this author Both non virgins though no details but the H makes general references that implied he'd been a ONS fanboy but considering he thought he was human and she was from a race of known sensual beings I'm thinking sista got her some too so I was cool with it No OM/OW drama

Finally this author is back with a paranormal romance and I for one loved it ! Don't get me wrong I do enjoy her romantic suspense stories but my first love will always be something a little more magical and this book certainly gave me all the feels I wanted. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy her romantic suspense stories but my first love will always be something a little more magical and this book certainly gave me all the feels I wanted. Harrison doesn't mess around he gets stuck in and gets the job done. So saving a woman from Vampires is all in a nights work to him but there's something a whole lot different about this particular victim. For a start Elise is the most beautiful woman Harrison has ever seen and then there's the fact that it sure does seem like every supernatural creature she meets can't wait to get their grubby, grabbing hands on her ! Yes there's definitely something different about Elise but is she in more danger from Harrisons fellow Hunters ? Surely not because they hunt the monsters but what if there's a monster hiding amongst them ? I'm a tad disappointed with the synopsis of this book as it gives away secrets that I'd rather have discovered as I read but I'm definitely not disappointed with the story. In fact in many ways this turned the traditional alpha male as the hero who saves the day trope on its head because its actually Elise who holds all the answers. Gotta love it when a woman cannot only save herself but her man too ! Expect passion, betrayal and surprises when you read this but most of all expect to be entertained because this book shows just why I like this authors work so much. This voluntary take is of an advanced copy and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

I guess the heroine wouldn’t mind having sex in the same bed the hero has had sex with his ex lovers. I rather not read this coming from hero’s mouth. I don’t mind it from heroine. I’m hypocrite, I’m tired of reading manwhores heroes who fuck their way around. The heroine was ok. She kinda remind me a bit of Valerie- my love. The key word is kinda no one is close to Valerie. “You put a spell on him,” Razor accused. “You got him obsessed with you. The room reeks of sex. You put some sex spell on—” “Oh, please,” Elise sighed. “Sex with me is just that good. Yes, I said it. Good enough to obsess a man. No spell required.” “I’m basically the queen of the universe,” Elise announced flatly. “And my heart is as dark as they come. So don’t worry about happy endings with me. That isn’t in the cards. Instead, I’ll make you love me. I’ll make you need me. When I have you completely wrapped up and lost in me, then I’ll use you to do my most wicked bidding and you will be helpless to resist.” Anyway. She was a tad bit weak but she had me laughing of the things that came out of her mouth. At least she wasn’t a shy little virgin.

“Holy hellfire!” This was one seriously amazing read! With so many twists and turns, lots of secrets, some intrigue, and plenty of scorching hot moments, I was captivated from the first page and could not put this one down. I absolutely loved Elise! She was feisty and cute, kinda clumsy that added to her charm, and while she believes herself to “Holy hellfire!” This was one seriously amazing read! With so many twists and turns, lots of secrets, some intrigue, and plenty of scorching hot moments, I was captivated from the first page and could not put this one down. I absolutely loved Elise! She was feisty and cute, kinda clumsy that added to her charm, and while she believes herself to have a dark soul, she proves to have anything but. Being in her mind when she found herself making the right decisions was often a laugh out loud moment. A lot of what she did or thought was cause for laughter. She was just too freaking perfect and definitely a top favorite heroine of all time for me. ’She wasn’t exactly some terrified damsel and that made her even sexier to him.’ Like all of this author’s heroes, Harrison was perfection as well. He checked every one of my boxes for what I hunger for in a hero. Most of all he has the “mine” mentality, even when he doesn’t understand where the heck it’s coming from. His protective instincts are off the charts and even when he should be questioning what’s happening around him more, his first action is to insure Elise’s safety. ’Mine. The whisper came from deep inside. That deep, dark place inside that he tried to ignore. A place of savagery and darkness.’ Things between Elise and Harrison begin and continue on a fast track, but no over the top behavior here. Just pure deliciousness! While Elise has a plan and Harrison can’t stay away, together they are soon caught up in a crazy ride that will pull you along at warp speed. And with all the madness surrounding them, there is the intense chemistry that continues to grow. There are some seriously scorching moments between these characters that will require readers to keep a cool drink and a fan close by. This has so many surprises with twists and turns that will have you turning the pages as fast as you can. Sure, some of them you are aware of, but only because you’re given the clues to lead you in the right direction. But rest assured, there are so many delicious “oh my gawd” moments, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so freaking excited about this wild world Ms. Eden has created and I’m crossing my fingers and will even use bribery if necessary, to get more! If you’ve never read this author before, this is the book to start with. If you’ve previously read her work, then you already know that you’re in for one heck of an experience that will leave you happy and sated when you finish the last page. Dual POV Safe (view spoiler)[no ow/om drama; h not a virgin; H not made out to be a manwhore (hide spoiler)] Triggers (view spoiler)[some childhood abuse (hide spoiler)]

She learns that she's more than an evil princess. Poor Harrison, he's had a hard life. He has shut himself off from those around himself not really knowing why. As they get to know each other better I think he really learns who the real Harrison is. These two might have been pushed together for all the wrong reasons but in the end, they realized what they each meant to each other I was saddened that at one point his friends turned on him so quickly. They didn't care about Elise even after she did all she did for them. At that point, I felt they were real jerks and didn't care for them at all. Of course, more happens and some of them turned out to be not that bad of guys. I kinda wished that we weren't left hanging at the end about two of his friends. You'll have to read it to know what I mean. Evil, right! Ha! This is a fast-moving, fun story that kept my attention on it. As a hunter, he couldn’t very well turn his back on a beautiful, sexy woman when she needed protection. I enjoyed the sparks flying between them, especially how she baffled him. Elise was a curiosity to me. At first she appeared to be a flake but she had her own reasons for acting as she did. I warmed up to her very quickly. It was hard not to like her. Review posted on Got Fiction This was a hugely anticipated release on my part, not just because I love Cynthia Eden, but because it’s a Paranormal Romance! I think she writes the best Paranormals out there, and this book is no exception. In fact, it’s exceptional. With a sassy and funny heroine, Ms. Eden takes a dark and gritty hero and lets him break his chains a bit. She doesn’t often write the sassy and fiesty heroines, but when she does, look out! She does them right! Harrison is a hardened monster hunter. He’s spent his entire life being raised by his tough love dad. Attachments make you weak. Friends make you weak. You can’t ever have love since it makes you weak…you’re seeing the pattern at this point. But when he rescues a damsel in distress, his walls start cracking. My favorite line was at the beginning when he first saw her: “He had to save her. Blah, blah. He’d heard the story before. A million times. Just another night’s work for a hunter.” Elise is more than just a damsel in distress. She is a human damsel in distress. At least she is now. Usually she’s something Other. (I won’t spoil it!) Harrison doesn’t know what to think about her. She’s human, but she doesn’t act like a human. Not really. She’s really excited about mundane things, and says things like, “I think I need clothes. Everyone seems very concerned with clothes in this town.” As if it’s a weird quirk of the locals. Elise needs Harrison’s help though. She’s in danger and at the moment she’s human. But with every Other coming after her, she’s worried she won’t see the next full moon. I loved this. The story was fresh, the characters were new, the world was intriguing. The personalities were so different from this author’s normal vibe, and I loved it. I loved every bit of it. I really hope we see more PNR from Ms. Eden. ***I bought this book ~Highland Hussy

The man has no qualms about being extremely blunt, “because you’re sexy as eff and my ***k is rock hard. I’m a horny b*****d, and I can’t take my eyes off you.” Harrison likes to get responsibilities out of the way before fun, “we’ll finish that…” Harrison assured her as his eyes gleamed, “as soon as I get rid of the wolves.” I really loved this book, I loved harrison and Elise was just quite blunt.

Slay All Day by Cynthia Eden is definitely a treat to Paranormal Lovers and Eden fans. After a few romantic suspense books in a row, this felt like a jackpot. Elise is on the run for her life. After a few romantic suspense books in a row, this felt like a jackpot. Elise is on the run for her life. She’s a banished princess, not used to the life of humans. In a day, her life takes a one-eighty-degrees turn and her only chance of survival is Harrison, the big-bad hunter. But Harrison has a secret he’s not aware of. When she demands his services he first walks away, but later changes his mind and decides to help her. Elise is continuously attacked by the supernaturals in the area. Harrison suspects something is off with her, but she continues to twist the truth because the moment he learns of her identity he will kill her. The book packs a lot of surprises along the way and keep us thrilled throughout. There are many wow moments. Elise is sarcastic with a touch of wickedness. But that side of her isn’t shown much. She often jumps in front of the gun to save people who are close to Harrison. She makes us laugh and most of the times her thoughts leave us some clues. But it isn’t almost after a good 70% into the story you get to know what she actually is. My favorite character in this entire story and the one who steals the show is Harrison Key. I had my doubts on what he could be throughout and I gave myself a pat on the back for guessing it right. That’s one thing about Cynthia. I like how she led her readers on a guessing game before the secrets are revealed. Another highlight is the romance. It was hot, packed with lot of steam and the anticipation was just right. Harrison Key is a whole package. I wanted the story to last even when it was over, and binge read it in a day. Thanks a lot for this story. I can’t wait for another Paranormal romance from this author. Highly recommend this book.

Elise claims she has a curse, and appeals to Harrison for protection until the next full moon when the curse wears off. When we first meet Harrison, a hunter, he is obnoxious and nasty. He treats Elise with contempt and refuses to help her anymore even though her life may be in danger. However, eventually, he grudgingly allows her to come home with him. Little by little, Harrison’s personality changes toward Elise, and she falls in love with him. Elise is a mysterious character. Even the readers do not find out who she is until much later in the book. In spite of that, the reader and Harrison, can’t help love Elise for her strength, independence and her perky personality. I also like the way she can quickly talk her way out of anything that may uncover who she really is. This book is a romantic suspense with lots of intrigue, adventure and even some humor. The author keeps the reader guessing about which characters are good or trouble. That even includes Harrison and Elise. The author also fills this novel with vampires, monsters, hunters, monsters and even some shape shifters. We never know which ones are friends and which ones are foes. This book also has violence and steamy sex. However, these actions are important to the mood of the book and offer great insight into the main characters.

His Ascension!!! Harrison Key was a hunter. He was strong and fast. He'd been hunting and killing supernatural beings (vampires, shifters....). It wasn't like the job paid well, he did it in order to protect the innocent. It wasn't like he had anything better to do especially since he didn't have no family nor lover. Then one day he world got tilted on its axis when he met a beautiful woman who was about to get attacked by some vampires. He took action and was ready to walk away from her. But he couldn't, not when he found out that she was still in peril. Elise Aine, Queen of the Fairies was born to trick and deceive, she never wanted to do that to Harrison. He was afterall her one true mate and her husband (as per her people's customs). He had the wrong idea about what his true purpose was and she vowed to help him find his inner animal, no matter what. She needed his protection cause some supernatural beings were trying to kill her. As they got to know each other, they found out some interesting things about one another. When Harrison found out what Elise was, he was hurt and it was understandable. He also knew that he could not leave her, come what may so he did what he had to to keep her safe. They dealt with what was happening between them and decided to give themselves a chance at HEA. All the while they were both facing demons from the past and present. Loved how closed Harrison was with his Hunter friends even after he found out what he really was. This is my first time reading any work from Cynthia Eden and I must say that she had me hooked from the first line until the very end. SLAY ALL DAY was adventurous, captivating, action-packed and a wonderful read. Fantastic job by Cynthia Eden! 5++++ ****Teasers courtesy of Cynthia Eden.****

Elise Aine is a fay Queen and Harrison is so much more than a hunter he has a fire breathing beast that soars the skies inside him and he's her true fated mate now to convince him. Harrison has always been a loner, fighter, attached to no one he will protect Elise they definitely have chemistry but he makes her work for it she is feisty, sweet, humorous and he's all sexy as sin dominant they have a love/hate relationship. This story was so well written and the characters pull you right into their chaotic drama will they get their HEA you absolutely have to get this Cynthia Eden is such a talented creative writer knows how to pull her readers right in.

A stay up all night must read! Slay All Day was the first I have read by this author and I will definitely be reading more in the future. I absolutely fell in love with both Harrison and Elise. The chemistry and banter between these two was amazing. Elise doesn't start out with the best intentions, but it doesn't take long before she realizes Harrison is way more than she expects. Harrison was so well done. He is the quintessential tough guy, don't get attached to anyone type of loner so even A stay up all night must read! Sometimes is the most humorous of ways. This definitely wasn't an insta-love type story, which in this case makes it so much stronger. Don't get me wrong, I love some well done insta-love, but watching these two work through all of their baggage and their family history while trying to not fall in love was so, so good. I think I finished this at around 4am. Definitely don't start this book anywhere near bedtime as it is impossible to put down once you begin this humorous and at times heart-wrenching perfect storm of a story!

Slay All Day by Cynthia Eden is a way more fun read than a scary one. One hot, dangerous monster killer and what seems to be a woman in trouble starts this story rolling along never slowing down. Well written so that the story continues to move along at a pace suitable for Harrison’s supper speed ability. It is quite the delight. This is the kind story perfect for a fall evening. Heavy on the romance with enough suspense as well as twists in the events to keep the bogeyman completely at bay. An ARC of the book was given to me by the publisher through Net Galley which I voluntarily chose to read and reviewed. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I loved Elise. She couldn’t lie but could stretch the truth. Even though her power is gone, she’s still has a backbone of steel. Harrison thinks paranormals are evil monsters but his eyes are finally opened. Humans can be monsters too. * Voluntarily read and reviewed this for the author *

2.75 stars? honestly this was okay? i feel like either ms eden's style is changing or mayhaps my taste has just evolved so i dont feel that excitement reading her books as i use to.maybe ive read far too many IDK IDK. but this was okay. very repetitive, yet again. i wish she'd switch things up a bit! the characters were alright & the story was decent but def had her signature twists etc, which again, repetitive lol so they lose the slight charm. i kept wondering if that slight men 2.75 stars? honestly this was okay? i feel like either ms eden's style is changing or mayhaps my taste has just evolved so i dont feel that excitement reading her books as i use to.maybe ive read far too many IDK IDK. but this was okay. very repetitive, yet again. i wish she'd switch things up a bit! the characters were alright & the story was decent but def had her signature twists etc, which again, repetitive lol so they lose the slight charm. i kept wondering if that slight mention of a police offer as "davenport" meant related to monica lol but then i recall shes fbi & not in a paranormal story so hmm. def a decent time pass but really hope future books are more diff than her current writing

Slay All Day features a woman who appears to be just another damsel in distress and a hunter who appears to be just a man slaying monsters. But, all is not as it appears. Wow, such a fantastic book! I couldn’t stop reading. Loved how we stay on edge, not knowing what Elise is. Harrison is a hunter, he kills the paranormals and protects the humans. Why was it important for him to say “we’re together”? I love his possessiveness towards her too. But is someone betraying him? He really wants her, but doesn’t believe he can love anyone.
