    Wow! Wow! Wow! This is an amazing plant based cookbook, with a special focus on protein from plants. I did not realize you could get protein from so many natural sources, which can be a concern when you are becoming a vegan. The book is beautifully photographed with so much useful information. The recipes are so tantalizing and gorgeous and don't seem difficult to prepare. I have already tried one of the unique smoothies and pasta dishes and quite honestly, I would love to try every single recip Wow! Wow! Wow! This is an amazing plant based cookbook, with a special focus on protein from plants. I did not realize you could get protein from so many natural sources, which can be a concern when you are becoming a vegan. The book is beautifully photographed with so much useful information. The recipes are so tantalizing and gorgeous and don't seem difficult to prepare. I have already tried one of the unique smoothies and pasta dishes and quite honestly, I would love to try every single recipe in the book. I don't say that often. It gives you advice on how to convert a regular or vegetarian recipe to vegan. I loved the section on the Guide to Tofu types, and Guide to Grains. There are some pretty fabulous recipes for breads and desserts as well. A+++.
