Each recipe starts with a title, prep, cook times and servings. List of ingredient and how to make. Some are healthy but not sure where to find all the meat products-what we could use in the US.     Australian's eat funny! I do not want lamb for breakfast, my eggs in beef gravy - store doesn't sell kangaroo but, the recipes were really interesting and well written. Nice to learn what other countries eat!
