    Already knew about sushi and sparkling wine, Pinot Noir with duck, and continually look out for a low tannin merlot for Thai dishes with beef. Along with a Gewuz and an Asian beer, thought my choices for an alcoholic beverage was limited. Now, I'm more confident in choosing European wines. There's even pairings for Pineau De Charentes!
