When I travel, I always, always go to local grocery stores & markets and always, always buy cook books from local book stores. Thailand = Street Food Heaven. We had eaten these amazing grilled chicken on roadside stall on the way to Krabi. I was on lookout for a the recipe. This book has the recipe so I had to buy the book. I like Vatch's books. The recipes are easy to follow. So its easier to recreate the experience again at home that you had while traveling.
